By accessing buzzminter.com (the "Site") or using the BuzzMinter app (the "App", together the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Services
BuzzMinter LLC designs, builds and operates industry-grade growth platforms across distinct B2B verticals. Each vertical is an end-to-end system — content generation, lead capture, nurturing and closing — running on a shared multi-tenant gateway that securely connects to third-party services including TikTok, YouTube, Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X. The Site serves as the public-facing presentation of BuzzMinter. By using the BuzzMinter platform, you authorize BuzzMinter to act on your behalf on connected platforms in accordance with the scopes you grant during authorization.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site and within the BuzzMinter app — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of BuzzMinter LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Site or the BuzzMinter app for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful or disruptive content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. BuzzMinter LLC does not warrant that the Site or the BuzzMinter app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuzzMinter LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, the BuzzMinter app, or our services.
7. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. BuzzMinter LLC is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites and encourages you to review their terms and policies.
8. Third-Party Platforms
The BuzzMinter app integrates with TikTok and other social platforms. Your use of these integrations is also subject to those platforms' own terms (for example, TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines). You are responsible for ensuring that the content you publish via the App complies with those terms. BuzzMinter is not liable for actions taken by third-party platforms against your account, including content takedowns, account restrictions, or termination.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
